There are any number of programs that acknowledge the influencers in HR, but none that celebrate the innovators and trend setters in Talent Acquisition.
The TAtech 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders corrects that shortcoming … and we’re very pleased to announce the 2022 Spring Class of Selectees.
To give our Selectees the visibility they deserve, TAtech does not do a one-and-done announcement, but instead releases the Top 100 in four classes, one each season. The 25 members of the Spring Class as well and the 2022 Winter Class and 2021 Selectees are all featured here on our site.
This season’s Class includes 11 men and 14 women. A dozen of the Selectees work in corporate talent acquisition, while 13 are employed in talent technology companies or as industry researchers and analysts. Geographically, 5 of the Selectees are based in Europe, and the remainder in North America.
The corporate talent acquisition Selectees work in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, logistics, aerospace & defense, facilities design & management, healthcare, airlines, and food & beverage. The industry Selectees work in a wide range of talent technology applications, including programmatic ad buying, applicant tracking, recruitment advertising, employer brand videos and outbound recruiting.
