The TAtech Certified Talent Technology Strategist (Cert.TTS)

The Cert.TTS credential sets TA and HR professionals apart by recognizing their successful completion of the Talent Technology Strategist Certification Program from TAtech: The Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions.  It indicates that they have acquired the skills and knowledge required for the effective acquisition, implementation and application of state-of-the-art talent technology.  These competencies are obtained through participation in a curriculum of online courses and the completion of a certification exam.  Applications to sit for the exam may be submitted to CEO@TAtech.org.  The exam is administered every December, and the credential is awarded the following January.

Talent Collective is a membership organization composed of Global TA Leaders, Heads of Talent, Corporate and Agency Recruiters, Recruiting Firm Owners, Recruiting Operations Specialists, and People Ops Experts.  Its mission is to empower, advance, and connect women in talent acquisition.  With chapters all over North America and Canada, it is a community that is “paving the way for women in talent acquisition.”

TAtech: The Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions is the trade association for the global job board and talent technology industry.  Its members include niche and general purpose job boards, aggregators. programmatic ad buying platforms, ATS and CRM platforms, AI-based sourcing solutions, recruitment marketing solutions, chatbots and conversational AI products, and AI-based interviewing and assessment solutions.

The Talent Technology Strategist Certification Program is a 2-semester certificate-granting curriculum composed of monthly learning modules that provide TA leaders and operations specialists with the skills and knowledge to acquire, implement and use state-of-the-art talent technology effectively.  It is open to all TA leaders and professionals worldwide.

The first semester of the curriculum is provided below.  Each month, the program features a 75-minute course in three segments:

  1. •  a 30-minute presentation on a topic that affects recruiting performance and results;
  2. •  a 30-minute introduction to a talent technology product related to the topic; and
  3. •  a 15-minute Q&A with the presenters and other attendees.

The courses are produced as live webcasts and also recorded and archived on the TAtech and Talent Collective websites for review and sharing by attendees.
