The Start Smart Podcast

In a talent market that is more competitive and less understood than any other time in history, it’s the facts that matter. And, Start Smart is the podcast that focuses on one of the most important facts in talent acquisition today: many recruiting teams lack the information they need (and deserve) to implement talent technology successfully.

Talent technology – from programmatic ad buying and recruitment marketing platforms to conversational AI solutions and interviewing tools – are now a critical element of every employer’s talent acquisition strategy. That reality creates two challenges: first, the right technology must be selected and second it must then be introduced in a way that enables and empowers recruiters to use it effectively on-the-job. Start Smart addresses that second challenge and features interviews with subject matter experts who have the experience and expertise to prepare recruiters for the optimal application of talent technology on-the-job.

There are lots of HR and recruiting podcasts that focus on sourcing, assessment and candidate relationship management. There’s only one podcast that’s totally devoted to achieving the improvement in KPIs that is almost always the justification for acquiring talent technology, and that’s Start Smart.
Listen in today.
