Emma Kane has been a senior member of the Madgex team for 3 years, but with Madgex since 2018, focusing on technical operations, customer delivery, and keeping the customer at the heart of our product and tech efforts. With 10 years of experience leading teams in Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Service operations in SMEs, I have a well-rounded skill set. Originally from London, I've enjoyed living on the south coast for the past 18 years. When I'm not working, you can find me knitting or hiking on the South Downs. I'm absolutely delighted to join TATech and bring my passion for recruitment tech and customer success to the team!
