With nearly 20 years of experience in both agency and in-house corporate recruiting, Natalie has successfully led teams of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators specializing in go-to-market, business operations, G&A, and technology. She has served as Head of Talent for several high-growth Series A-C startups in Silicon Valley and as Director of Talent for a national Fortune 1000 professional services firm. Throughout her career, Natalie has honed her expertise in talent acquisition strategy, executive recruiting, and leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Natalie is the co-founder of Talent Collective, a global community that empowers and connects women and non-binary professionals in talent acquisition. With established chapters in cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, Denver, New York, San Diego, Toronto, Austin, Chicago, and Atlanta—and additional communities set to launch in 2025—Talent Collective is making a lasting impact on the future of talent acquisition by fostering inclusivity, professional growth, and meaningful connections.
