Now, I work independently with B2B, recruitment, and talent companies, building marketing strategies that create lasting competitive advantages. My agency and in-house background, spanning recruitment, consumer, and B2B, is particularly relevant for recruitment businesses operating as two-sided marketplaces, where attracting both employers and candidates is crucial.
I started my career in recruitment marketing at Barkers and TMP before joining MediaCom, where I managed the global Shell Recruitment account. I later transitioned to the Retail team, where I led accounts for the British Army, eBay UK, and Shell UK Retail. I then moved to Manning Gottlieb OMD as head of the Planning Support team, later working on major retail brands Wilko, Klarna, and Premier Inn. At Monster, I leveraged my brand-building experience across B2C, product marketing, and B2B roles, spending my last two and a half years leading global B2B marketing strategy.
