Propel Summit is a new conference that will connect HRtech, TAtech, EDtech and WORKtech companies with prospective Investors and Buyers.
To be held on January 20-21, 2027 at Boston University, its goal is to generate new term sheets and partnerships that accelerate AI solutions which help people learn, get hired, perform, grow and thrive.
Propel has two unique defining attributes:
• First, it recognizes that AI renders the old silos of HRtech, TAtech, EDtech and WORKtech irrelevant, and instead focuses on Human Advancement AI, a meta-category that encompasses all AI native, people first applications.
• And second, it is designed to promote meaningful outcomes with an integrated Deal Center for discussions of potential investments, pilot projects and partnerships among Builders, Backers and Buyers.
In mid-July, a group of almost 200 leading technologists, scientists and academicians, including 16 Nobel laureates, issued a statement on AI. Its most compelling conclusion was the following:
“Economists, policymakers and technology leaders must act now to understand the economics of transformative AI and to build the incentives, guardrails, and institutions needed to steer AI in a direction that complements humans and benefits society.”
