TAtech Leadership Summit on Recruitment Marketing

Tapping the Wisdom of TA & HR Execs
to Reset Recruitment Marketing for Today’s Labor Market

November 19-20, 2024 ● Boston University ● Boston, Massachusetts

Whether their focus was high-volume hiring or on hard-to-fill roles, enterprise employers have long recognized the importance of building a strong employment brand, targeting the right sources for top prospects and then communicating with them effectively at the top of the recruiting funnel.

Now, however, this approach to recruitment marketing needs to be refreshed and upgraded with more powerful tools and expansive strategies. Today’s approach must leverage data, digital technology and the entire recruitment funnel in order to deliver the talent that enterprise employers need to meet their business goals.

This conference will explore the three legs of an effective recruitment marketing strategy: Attraction, Awareness, and Application & Hire.  To that end, it will address the latest research on the labor market and its implications for recruitment marketers and then explore:

  • Following your data: The analytics of buying and optimizing job ads effectively;
  • Perfecting sourcing outcomes: Centralized vs. decentralized job ad buying;
  • Selecting an application procedure: Full application, quick apply, lead form or hiring event;
  • Creating a total picture: Why even big consumer brands still invest in their employer brand;
  • And using all of your sourcing tools: From the resume database to social media and LinkedIn.

The Summit is designed specifically for HR and Talent Acquisition leaders in enterprise employers, and its content will be delivered by their peers.  Senior corporate execs will share their experiences and lessons learned in building effective recruitment marketing campaigns.

The conference will be held at the Metcalf Trustee Center of Boston University.  In recognition of the constraints on executives’ time, the conference is a short but jam-packed event.  It begins with a Welcome Reception on the evening of November 19 and then continues all day on November 20, concluding at 5:00 pm.

Seating is limited at the conference venue, so register today to make sure you have a spot.
