I like building things.
The career I have today is the result of a series of critical events – meeting people, actually – without which I would not be who I am today.
First, my wife Anina convinced me to apply to Babson to pursue an MBA. (and who knows what would’ve happened if I didn’t heed her advice these past 15 years)
At Babson, I met Carlos Larracilla and together we started PeopleAhead. It didn’t flourish…it failed actually…but without that I could not have met Dee Dellovo, Peter Kefalas, Joran Lawrence, Udayan Das and George Carrette at Monster. They took a chance on me and taught me how to be a product person and how to advertise jobs.
And then came Dzmitry Nikitsin and Chris Forman. I was blown away by the job advertising software they were working on and after me begging for awhile, they let me join them here at Appcast. For 8+ years, I led the product organization. We’re still going strong and I can’t wait to see where we go next.
Today, I’m proud to lead Appcast Labs and be able to bring transformative technology to global organizations whose workforces power the economies of this crazy word we live in.
