Adam’s relentless energy found its rocket fuel at Cielo, where he lovingly “got to have 100 jobs at the same time” and had hypergrowth of solving complex hiring challenges for some of the largest companies in the world.
At Paradox, Adam knew that conversational AI was the key to solving so many challenges for candidates, clients and recruiting teams to reduce friction and make winners of companies and candidates. His happiest days are spent with a whiteboard, a room of smart people and end with a hazy IPA.
