HR professionals have long been celebrated in recognition programs focused on their field of work. TA and talent technology professionals, in contrast, have been all but ignored.
Well, those days are over.
TAtech Honors shines a spotlight on the men and women who are making a significant and long-lasting contribution to the field of talent acquisition. Each year, the program recognizes 40 individuals who are setting the pace for strategic and technological innovation and for sustained performance excellence in recruitment and talent technology.
It’s an accolade that is special in several ways:
• First it is awarded by TAtech: The Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions, the trade association for the global job board and talent technology industry.
• Second, it focuses entirely on the accomplishments of those working in talent acquisition and talent technology, not as a subset of HR, but as vital and dynamic fields in their own right.
• And third, unlike conventional one-and-done award announcements, TAtech celebrates its Honorees all year long and then continues to showcase them permanently on the TAtech site.
TAtech Honorees are announced in Classes of 10 individuals, with a new Class introduced each season of the year. So, please join us in congratulating the Fall 2024 Class of TAtech Honors.
