They all excel in the field of talent acquisition, of course, but they have also made their mark in many other ways. One was a Team Leader for Habitat for Humanity in San Francisco. Another is a Drilling Reservist in the U.S. Navy Reserve. And a third was the Head of Marketing for MTV in New Zealand.
They have previously worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Anheuser-Busch, and Mars, Inc. as well as CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, and Yahoo!. Today, they are pushing the state-of-the-art with AI, Web3, NLP and a host of other technologies to improve the way talented men and women find rewarding employment.
TAtech: The Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions is very pleased to announce the Selectees for the 2022 Fall Class of the TAtech Top 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders.
These 25 men and women are helping to set the pace for innovation and new ideas in every phase of recruitment. They join the Selectees from this year’s Winter, Spring and Summer Classes to complete our roster for 2022. They are truly among the best and brightest in talent acquisition.
As always, the Selectees are a diverse group. Fourteen hail from the U.S., with Southern California, Boston and New York City home to most. A total of 10 are from Europe, with London and Glasgow the predominant locations. And 1 calls Australia and the city of St. Kilda West home. Sixteen of the Selectees are men; nine are women. And, for the fourth time in our selections, we are pleased to include a husband and wife team.
TAtech is now accepting nominations for the 25 Selectees in the Winter Class of 2023. To nominate a colleague, send their name, title, organization, email address and a short paragraph of no more than 250 words indicating how they are influencing the direction and scope talent acquisition to PeterWeddle@TAtech.org. You may, of course, also nominate yourself. Nominations will close on February 1, 2023.
