THE TAtech 100
MOST INFLUENTIAL TA THOUGHT LEADERS
There are any number of programs that acknowledge the influencers in HR, but none provide adequate recognition of the thought leaders in Talent Acquisition.
TAtech’s 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders corrects that shortcoming. Each year, it celebrates those men and women who are truly setting the agenda for innovation and understanding in talent acquisition strategy and management and talent technology. Each, in their own way, is making an important contribution to such mission-critical areas as improving the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting operations, forging productive and mutually beneficial relationships with hiring managers, identifying and implementing state-of-the-art talent acquisition tools, educating corporate leaders on the essential business role played by talent acquisition and to continuously optimizing the candidate experience.
To ensure the most deserving individuals are recognized, the TAtech Selectees will be drawn from both employers and industry. We will solicit nominations from individuals and organizations in the industry, but also welcome nominations by anyone else at any time. To submit a nomination, simply email the individual’s name, title, organization and email address (so that we may notify them if they are selected) as well as the address of their LinkedIn profile to PeterWeddle@tatech.org.
In addition, to avoid any conflict of interest, the men and women serving on TAtech’s Boards of Advisors have been excluded from selection to The TAtech 100. However, to a person, they are among some of the most influential thought leaders in talent acquisition today. For that reason, we urge you to visit the Board of Advisors page on our site to learn more about them.
Finally, to give the Selectees in each year’s Top 100 the visibility and recognition they deserve, TAtech goes beyond the one-and-done announcements that shine a spotlight on the individuals for a day or two and then goes dark. Instead, TAtech releases the Top 100 in four classes, one each season. Each class will celebrate both the 25 Selectees for that season as well all of the previous Selectees during the year.
