Throughout my career I have established a strong track record of organization-changing business development. I began focused on capital markets, working on economic modelling and selling software to traders and investment bankers worldwide. From there, I pivoted for an opportunity with a technology services start-up where I grew their BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) vertical from zero to 600 people in three years. I spearheaded the groundbreaking design and development of the first Agile development lab and Global Agile Center of Excellence for a leading IT Services company in Gainesville, Florida. Under my leadership, the business has grown into a world-class hub for digital transformation through agile development. Following the success of the development center, I was appointed VP and asked to lead their Transport, Travel and Hospitality division, a group with 2,100 employees worldwide. In 2016 I was the recipient of the Women Worth Watching award by Profiles in Diversity Journal and Stevie Award finalist for Female Executive of the Year category. I joined First Advantage to drive growth in the Resident Data and Investigative Research divisions and am spearheading their Data Science Program Globally. As one of the largest background screening and investigative research companies in the world we are embarking on game changing business transformation to revolutionize the world of human capital risk management.
