TAtech is pleased to announce that it has finalized the Agenda for this year’s TAtech North America & The World Job Board Forum.
The conference will be held at the iconic International SPY Museum in Washington, D.C. on June 4-6, 2024.
As always, it has two distinguishing characteristics:
• First, unlike HR conferences, it is totally focused on talent acquisition and talent technology.
• And second, it is specifically designed for job board and talent technology company CEOs, senior execs and rising stars.
In addition, TAtech North America & The World Job Board Forum features not 1, not 2, but 3 programs in one all-inclusive event:
• The World Job Board Forum
• The Global Talent Technology Forum
• The Investors & Analysts Summit.
Plus, the TAtech Deal Center runs concurrently throughout much of the conference to provide a unique venue for B2B discussions of partnerships, product integrations, potential investments and even mergers and acquisitions. How effective is it? At last year’s TAtech North America, the Deal Center hosted over 850 meetings in a single day, and this year’s even runs even longer!
Here’s some of the program highlights:
Andrew Flowers, Labor Economist at Appcast, and Toby Dayton, CEO of LinkUp, will present a data-rich session on "Riding the Wave or Getting Drowned By It? Will Job Boards Be the Victim of the Labor Market’s Success?"
Renée La Londe, CEO of iTalent Digital and mojohire.ai, will explore "AI in Talent Acquisition, Today and in Five Years: Where are we (really), and where are we likely to go?"
Jason Putnam, Chief Revenue Officer at Plum, and Michelle Meehan, VP-Marketing at Plum will discuss "License to Sell: The Covert Alliance of Sales and Marketing: Thinking outside-the-box to create a distinct company identity."
Ben Eubanks, CEO of Lighthouse Research & Advisory, will present "An Analyst’s View of Today’s TA Market: The latest research on employers and solution providers."
Mike Bruni and Roynda Hartsfield, both former TA leaders with U.S. intelligence agencies, will join Steven Rothberg, Founder at College Recruiter, to discuss "Government Contracting 101: Understanding the lingo & avoiding the pitfalls of doing business with the U.S. Federal Government."

So, make sure you tap into both the conference’s worldclass content and its business-building connections by registering today. Seating is extremely limited at the SPY Museum, and they’re going fast.
