The TAtech Honors

The Thought & Business Leaders of Talent Acquisition

Each year, TAtech Honors celebrates forty men and women who are truly setting the agenda for innovation and understanding in talent acquisition and talent technology.

We recognize them because each, in their own way, is making a significant contribution to talent acquisition in areas ranging from the development of state-of-the-art talent technology and more effective and efficient recruiting operations to exploring new and better strategies for acquiring talent and optimizing the implementation of new TA products so they deliver the return on investment that employers deserve.

To ensure the most deserving individuals are recognized, TAtech Honorees include those in both the talent technology industry and the talent acquisition profession. To nominate a person, simply email their name, title, organization, LinkedIn profile URL, and email address (so Honorees can be notified) to PeterWeddle@tatech.org.  Self-nominations are accepted.

In addition, to avoid the perception of any conflict of interest, the men and women serving on TAtech’s Board of Advisors are not eligible for inclusion in TAtech Honors.

However, to a person, they are among some of the most influential thought and business leaders in talent acquisition today. For that reason, we urge you to visit the Board of Advisors page on our site to learn more about them.

Finally, to give TAtech Honorees the visibility and recognition they deserve, TAtech releases their names in four classes, one each season. Each class will celebrate both the 10 Honorees for that season as well all of the previous Honorees during the year.
