10 individuals who have made a huge difference in talent acquisition
Each year, TAtech celebrates 40 individuals who have had, throughout their career, an extraordinary impact on both the practice of talent acquisition and the application of talent technology. Known as the TAtech Honors, this recognition cites men and women around the world who have set the pace for innovation and dedication in the organizations where they work.
Unlike the one-and-done recognition of many top-this or top-that lists, TAtech Honors shines a spotlight on these exceptional contributors all year long. They are introduced in four Classes of ten Honorees each season of the year. So now, we are pleased to announce the TAtech Honorees in the Winter Class of 2024.
Two of these remarkable people oversee talent acquisition for employers. Two work in recruitment marketing. One runs a job board providing employment opportunities to persons with disabilities. One developed the technology that is now transforming online recruitment advertising. And, one leverages her background in enterprise-level recruiting to consult on talent acquisition strategy and branding.
