Since January this year, TAtech has embarked on an ambitious new project to engage directly with talent acquisition professionals at the coalface of modern recruiting, with a program designed to help them build on their existing abilities with TA technologies. 
Given the accelerating pace of change in the application of integrated technologies, we know that TA professionals are keenly aware of their need to “upskill” themselves to maintain their ability to identify, select, and implement software platforms in their organisations. Moreover, in a time when TA teams are becoming ever-leaner, it’s one of the best ways of preserving their own professional value for current and future employers. 
 
In partnership with Talent Collective, we have designed a free 12 month long program, where each month selected technology providers with the requisite expertise, will deliver their part of the Talent Technology Strategist Program.
 
As you can see below, our first session ran in January, and was delivered by Sarah White then CEO of Aspect 43, and now SVP, Head of Innovation & Transformation at SAP SuccessFactors.
 
The purpose of this first online session was to give a solid grounding on the breadth of knowledge and learning which will be delivered throughout this year.

To cater for this course, we have created our own dedicated LMS website, where any TA professional can register for free, and access all previous & upcoming training sessions, along with all downloadable learning materials.
