With a focus on hard-to-fill roles in frontline sectors, including hospitality, logistics, and retail, Seiza is trusted by over 400 clients, including global brands like McDonald’s, Sysco, Ecolab, and Veolia, to deliver quality hires efficiently. Gaia unveils groundbreaking voice and chat technology to enhance employers’ recruitment management capabilities

Gaia, the AI-powered recruitment platform, has transformed recruitment management with the launch of first-of-its-kind voice and chat functionality, as part of a pioneering update to its GaiaAttract platform. This innovative feature is designed to make recruitment management faster and more efficient by enabling employers to navigate their recruitment processes with simple voice commands – like Siri or Alexa. With a simple command, such as “Hey Gaia, how’s my engineer campaign performing?” employers gain instant access to a dashboard of KPIs and performance metrics. Similarly, by asking “Find me 10 architects in Milton Keynes,” Gaia not only suggests suitable candidates but also guides them through creating and launching the campaign using only voice prompts. GaiaAttract uses AI to deliver precision-targeted recruitment campaigns across social media and search platforms.

Silicon Valley billionaire warns ‘absolutely there’s a bubble’ in AI valuations: ‘Nobody would be surprised’ if OpenAI ‘disappeared next Monday’

Wherever C3.ai CEO Tom Siebel goes he fields the same question about the future of AI. “Everybody's asking me about it, ‘Is there a bubble here?’ Absolutely there's a bubble. It's huge,” he tells Fortune in an exclusive interview at C3.ai’s New York offices in a Midtown WeWork. Over the last two years, analysts have pondered whether AI companies, both public and private, could possibly live up to their lofty valuations. To Siebel, who built his career in Silicon Valley as a sales executive at Oracle before leaving to start his own company that he eventually sold back to his former employer for $5.8 billion, the current state of AI reminded him of the dot-com bubble. Even then a great and wondrous technology—the internet—couldn’t save a host of companies from coming crashing down.
