Describing its members as “Global TA Leaders, Heads of Talent, Corporate and Agency Recruiters, Recruiting Firm Owners, Recruiting Operations Specialists, and People Ops Experts,” Talent Collective is “the first private members community dedicated to empowering, advancing, and connecting women in talent acquisition.”

The Talent Technology Strategist Certification Program is a 2-semester certificate-granting curriculum for TA leaders that offers job boards and talent technology companies a unique platform with which to:
• reach prospective customers in both the US and Canada;
• educate them on the state-of-the-art in TA technology and strategy; and
• demonstrate both their thought leadership and their products.

Each month, the program features a 75-minute course in three segments:
• a 30-minute presentation on a key topic in talent acquisition;
• a 30-minute introduction to and demonstration of your company’s product(s); and
• a 15-minute Q&A with attendees.

The Learning Program will begin in January, 2025. Topics for the first semester are shown below. They will be allocated to Sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis.
