TAtech is pleased and proud to introduce the Spring Class of the 100 Most Influential Thought Leaders in Talent Acquisition. As innovators and idea instigators, they work in a broad range of roles, but every single one has made and is making an important contribution to the art and science of talent acquisition.
This Spring Class has 25 members and is the third tranche of the 2021 Selectees for this unique recognition. In September of 2020, TAtech released the first tranche of 25 – its Fall Class – and in December of that year, announced the 25 members of its Winter Class.
As with those in the previous Classes, the Members of the Spring Class represent many different occupations, perspectives and passions. They are sourcing maestros and the husband and wife founders of a successful job board. They are building the employment brand of a global ecommerce company and running recruiting operations for a home care services provider. They are helping to enhance the candidate experience and bringing blockchain and other data technologies to the forefront of talent acquisition.
The Members of TAtech’s Spring Class are also bloggers and hands-on recruiters as well as a college professor and the Executive Director of an association of employers. They run HR operations for a healthcare company and help professional associations provide career services to their members. And, they lead companies offering technology-based talent acquisition products and services that range from applicant tracking systems and an AI-based DE&I product to recruitment marketing technology and programmatic ad buying.
