To that end, we will monitor local COVID-19 trends and implement protocols that meet or exceed those mandated by local governments and/or Boston University.
By registering for the conference, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the conference, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, and providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination including all eligible booster shots.
As of March 8, 2022, masks are no longer required in event venues on the Boston University campus. Vaccinations are recommended, but are also no longer required. Should this guidance change, we will immediately notify all conference registrants.
We strongly believe that the benefits of in-person meetings – their social interaction, spontaneity and camaraderie – far outweigh the inconvenience of any required safety protocols, so we hope they will not put you off, but instead give you confidence that the Summit will be the safe, engaging and informative event you deserve.
