- Unfortunately, no. The program is open only to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders and professionals currently employed by an enterprise employer or small or mid-sized business (SMB).
- No, TAtech does not require continuing education to maintain the CTIP accreditation. However, talent technology is always advancing and new processes and practices are always being developed, so TAtech requires the CTIP to be recertified every two years. The recertification program is simple and easy. You simply download a self-paced instructional annex to your original program text, but NO exam is required. Recertification is automatic once you access that updated information
- The self-paced instructional text is composed of twelve learning modules. Each module includes a complete introduction to the topic it covers as well as highlighted Key Points and a section of concluding questions to help reinforce learning. The content is detailed, comprehensive and formatted for comprehension and retention. That said, the program is self-paced, so there is no set length of time for completion. Some may move through the text quickly, while others may linger to make sure they have grasped the material – the approach and thus the time required is up to each individual
