Bio: Adam Gordon is CEO and co-founder of Candidate.ID, talent pipeline automation software. Previously he was founder and MD of Social Media Search, a joint venture with Norman Broadbent plc, in HR consulting at PwC and recruitment marketing with Havas People, having earlier decided he didn’t like meeting candidates. He splits his time between Glasgow and London and has a FTSE100 and Fortune500 client base.
