I played a pivotal role in enabling LifeWorks to exit for $426m to Morneau Shepell in 2018. I've built a vault of marketing expertise, a positive mindset and learning agility operating within series B, fast-paced startups and high growth startups right through to multi Billion dollar global organisations. I've have failed a few times along the way which is a great learning and helps keep my self-awareness and emotional intelligence balanced and online.
