Jeanette Leeds Maister is Managing Director and Head of Americas at Oleeo. A Jersey girl at heart, Jeanette lives and breathes talent acquisition having spent almost her entire two decade career as a recruiting practitioner. She began her career in recruitment at Lehman Brothers in regional and later global leadership campus roles, where Jeanette first used Oleeo. Jeanette went on to work for IBM, Gartner, and finally as the Global Chief Operating Officer of the Campus Recruiting function at Credit Suisse. Since joining Oleeo, this Wonder Woman drives growth, influences the product and ultimately helps clients transform their recruiting efforts. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with an MBA in Management from Columbia Business School, Jeanette regularly speaks at national HR events including the HR Tech Conference, Disrupt HR, SHRM’s Talent Management Conference, Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech Conference and National Association of Colleges & Employers. In 2018, Jeanette was recognized as a Women in IT, Women of the Year finalist and also received the Stevie’s silver 2017 Female Executive of the Year and the 2017 SmartCEO Brava Award. During her spare time, you can find Jeanette cycling in a spin class, playing Mahjong with friends and cheering on her two great kids with her husband in Edgemont, NY.
