Most accolades in HR and Talent Acquisition are fleeting affairs. A Top 100 list comes out one day, and is largely forgotten the next.
That’s not the case with TAtech Honors. It’s unique in two important respects:
First, it is the only accolade that celebrates the contributions of those working in talent acquisition and talent technology. It doesn’t see what they do as a subset of HR, but rather as the equal or perhaps even the overseer of the HR Department. After all, you can’t manage the resources you don’t have.
And second, it carries on its celebration all year long. TAtech Honors recognizes just 40 individuals each year, and announces them in four Classes of 10 Honorees, keyed to the seasons.
When each new Class is introduced, all of the prior Classes are also recognized, ensuring the spotlight never goes out on these men and women.
