TAtech Traffic Quality Declarations

Industry leaders create a standard for accuracy and transparency in reporting recruitment ad performance

The TAtech Declaration on Traffic Quality is the first-ever industry standard for reporting performance in online recruitment advertising by job boards, social media sites, job search engines and aggregators and other publishers. It is a voluntary publisher self-evaluation and reporting template, developed by an International Working Group of industry leaders established by TAtech.

The Declaration is designed to bring accuracy and transparency to traffic measurement for the online recruitment advertising industry. Why is that important? Because those two factors are the building blocks of customer trust, and employers’ trust in the reported performance of their ads is the foundation for a robust recruitment advertising market.

For that reason, TAtech encourages publishers to download and complete the Declaration as soon as possible. It is available free of charge to all publishers worldwide. The document is a template that enables a company to describe its methodology for reporting ad performance, but to do so without revealing proprietary or competition-sensitive information.

In addition, TAtech also encourages publishers to return their completed questionnaire to TAtech so that it can be posted on the Association’s site. At that point, it becomes a public affirmation of the company’s commitment to accuracy and transparency, which publishers can then use to promote their services to current and prospective customers.

Finally, TAtech also holds a range of annual conferences in North America and Europe to advance industry standards and best practices for technology-based talent acquisition companies. These events are intimate gatherings of senior executives interested in peer-to-peer discussions and B2B collaboration. To learn more about its upcoming events, please click here.
