TAtech is delighted to introduce its Summer Class of the 100 Most Influential Thought Leaders in Talent Acquisition. Please join us in congratulating this remarkable group of trailblazers.
As with those selected for the Fall 2020 and Winter and Spring 2021 Classes, these innovators and pioneers work in a broad and diverse range of roles, but every single one of them has made and is making an important contribution to the art and science of talent acquisition.
This Summer Class has 25 members and is the fourth and final tranche of this year’s Selectees. In 2022, TAtech will move the selection process to a calendar year format and announce the Selectees for the Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall Classes on a quarterly basis.
Innovators & Pioneers in Talent Acquisition
The Class includes men and women working in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, in global and domestic market companies, and in early-stage ventures and mature enterprises. They include the third husband and wife team to be selected for the Top 100 as well as talent technology company founders and leaders from both North America and Europe. They are also talent acquisition executives in healthcare, food & beverage and transportation & logistics companies and analysts, consultants, and sourcing experts.
One started a successful job board for college graduates while he was still in college. Another is a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve even as he leads a 40+ member team responsible for recruiting for his company’s Central Support Services (CSS) division and all of Canada. A third is the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of an assessment, development and transformation company with offices in London, Birmingham, New York and Sydney. A fourth has been the Chairman of an energy company and is now the CEO of a provider offering chat, SMS and geofence solutions for employers, government and education. And a fifth is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and has focused her career on the intersection of Talent Acquisition and technology.
As unique as they and all of the other Selectees in the Summer Class are, however, all share a similar trait. They are helping to shape the best practices and technology and the recruiter’s as well as the candidate’s experience in talent acquisition. Today and for the future. For that reason, they deserve to be included in the TAtech 100 Most Influential Thought Leaders in Talent Acquisition, and we are very proud to recognize them.
